Services and Refunds
Career 2 Corporate delivers purchased products and services to the registered email address provided at the time of order.
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
Payments for products and services are fully refundable.
In the case of service-related issues, rectification or compensatory services will be offered in accordance with company policies.

Refund Conditions
Refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:
If the applicant is selected or not selected after the interview process.

Non-refundable cases:
Refund Process
To request a refund, a cancellation email must be sent to support@career2corporate.in
Refunds will be processed within 45 to 90 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
Cancellation of the profile will be initiated once the request is confirmed.

Addressing Ambiguity
If you have any concerns or questions about your service order, please contact our customer care team via email with a detailed explanation.
Our team will conduct a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide a resolution.
The decision communicated after RCA will be final and binding.
