Refund Conditions
A refund will be issued whether the applicant is selected or not selected after the interview process.


Refund Process
To initiate a refund, customers must send a cancellation email to support@career2corporate.in
Refunds will be processed within 45 to 90 working days from the date the cancellation request is received.
The cancellation procedure for your profile will begin once the request has been acknowledged.

Addressing Ambiguity
We encourage customers to report any uncertainties or concerns regarding their service orders by contacting our customer care team via email.
Please clearly state the reason for your concern.
Our team will conduct a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide a resolution.
The final decision communicated after the RCA will be considered binding on the customer.
